That Hobby Baker's take on the humble Jammy Dodger, this is a soft all butter custard biscuit filled with creamy sugary filling and a homemade raspberry gel.

Ingredients: plain flour (wheat flour (with added Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), butter (milk, salt), sugar, raspberry gel (raspberry, sugar, lemon), Custard Powder (Maize Starch, Salt, Colour (Annatto Norbixin), Flavouring), milk, Gelatine (Beef Gelatine Powder (contains Sulphites)).

For gluten free we substitute the flour for gluten free flour (Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Maize Flour) and add xanthium gum.
