Ingredients: plain flour (wheat flour (with added Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin)), butter (milk, salt), sugar, custard powder (Maize Starch, Salt, Colour (Annatto Norbixin), Flavouring), milk.

For gluten free we substitute the flour for gluten free flour (Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Maize Flour) and add xanthium gum.
