Lemon fingers

These are Fluffet (Viennese whirls) fingers with a sugary creamy filling and our homemade lemon curd.

Ingredients: butter (milk, salt), plain flour (wheat flour (with added Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), sugar, cornflour, vanilla extract (Invert Sugar Syrup, Glucose Syrup, Water, Vanilla Extract), baking soda, lemon, milk, egg.

For gluten free we substitute the flour for gluten free flour and add xanthium gum.
