Lemon Meringue Pies

That Hobby Baker pie filled with homemade lemon curd, topped with synthetic cream and crunchy, chewy meringue.

Ingredients: plain flour (wheat flour (with added Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), sugar, butter (milk, salt), cornflour, Custard Powder (Maize Starch, Salt, Colour (Annatto Norbixin), Flavouring), Synthetic Cream (water; fully hydrogenated vegetable fat palm; sugar; vegetable oil: sunflower; milk proteins, skimmed milk powder; stabiliser: sodium phosphates (E339), methylcellulose (E461), guar gum (1412), emulsifier: polyoxyethylene sorbitan monostearate (E435), sodium stearoyl-2-lactylate (E481); salt; flavouring; colour: carotenes (E160a)), lemon, egg.

For the gluten free we substitute the flour with gluten free flour and add xanthium gum.
